Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PureKing website, programs, tournaments, and online shop operated by Nysget Sports LLC ("we," "us," "PureKing"). By accessing our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

PureKing provides badminton training programs, tournaments, events, and equipment retail through its website and physical campuses. Specific terms governing each service (enrollment agreements, tournament waivers, purchase contracts) supplement these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older (or have parental consent) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Purchases, Payments, and Product Warranties

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card data.

Refunds: Shop orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Training enrollment refunds are subject to the cancellation window stated at the time of registration. Tournament entry fees are non-refundable after the registration deadline unless the event is cancelled by PureKing.

Brand Status and Product Warranties:

PUREKING operates strictly as an independent boutique retailer and reseller of genuine equipment from various international brands. We are not an authorized franchise, agent, distributor, or directly affiliated with brand owners such as Yonex Co., Ltd., Li-Ning Specialty Sports, or their respective entities. Non-NYSGET branded items are legally acquired through verified international distribution channels and sold within the United States as authentic parallel imports.
Because these international branded products are parallel imports, they do not carry the original manufacturer’s local United States warranty. In its place, PUREKING proudly provides an exclusive 30-day independent store warranty on all parallel-imported equipment to ensure your satisfaction.
Proprietary NYSGET® equipment follows its own designated manufacturer warranty policies as outlined on the specific product packaging or documentation.

4. Program Participation and Waivers

Participation in training sessions, tournaments, and events involves inherent physical risk. All participants (or their legal guardians, for minors) must sign a liability waiver before participating. Refusal to sign a waiver will result in denial of access to the program or event without refund.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to treat coaches, staff, and fellow players with respect. PureKing reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or inconsistent with our community standards. No refund will be issued in cases of suspension or ban for conduct violations.

6. Intellectual Property

Proprietary Brands: NYSGET® is a fully registered trademark owned exclusively by Nysget Sports LLC in the United States, representing our proprietary line of high-performance badminton and pickleball equipment. All rights, designs, media, and technologies associated with NYSGET® are strictly protected under federal and state intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Trademarks: All third-party trademarks, logos, brand names, and product imagery (including but not limited to Yonex, Li-Ning, Hundred, and Goodyear) appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners. They are utilized on our platform strictly for descriptive, identification, and informational purposes regarding the authentic goods we legally resell under the First Sale Doctrine.

Website Content: All other content on the PureKing website — including site text, custom UI graphics, layout designs, and training curriculum materials — is the property of Nysget Sports LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nysget Sports LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
